The maximum modulation bandwidth proposed for downstream and upstream transmissions is 6.0
MHz. The modulation and emissions meet the requirements specified in Part 15 and those specified
in the NPRM (ET Docket No. 04-151) to avoid interference to other authorized users, including
    Federal Government and FSS facilities.

Tests will be conducted utilizing eight 6 MHz-wide channels within the 3650 - 3700 bandwidth
requested in this application. While utilization of the entire band is not anticipated by TowerStream
for regular service, experimental transmissions on various channels will be tested to confirm
propagation characteristics and to confirm any interference impact to or from adjacent channel
    operations.
