Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The STA is necessary to provide for short term temporary operation of the Radar Vision 1000 at a demonstration for Metro-Dade Urban Search & Rescue Bureau. The Radar Vision 1000 is an UWB device that has been authorized under FCC ID NUF-CW for Part 15 use except that this demonstration unit does not contain a deadman's switch. The equipment does, however, include a timer that limits transmit time to a maximum of 20 minutes. The National Association for Search and Rescue is coordinating a Technical Search Training Course in Miami, FL at the Metro-Dade Urban Search & Rescue Bureau for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, Fire Department and International Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) teams. Time Domain’s Radar Vision shall be demonstrated as an effective tool for life saving techniques.
