Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are going to transmit an Ultra Wide Band (UWB) signal into a proto type antenna array. This is a prototype UWB radar being developed for N.A.S.A... This test will help show that the UWB Radar is capable of detecting ice beneath the surface on Mars.
