Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Planning on conducting intermittent outdoor experiments at MITRE campus in Bedford, MA during summer and early fall of 2016.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Several internally-funded research projects require specific data at multiple frequency bands. These requirements will be fulfilled by conducting several short and intermittent outdoor experiments.
