Subject: Frequency Requirements for Sense and Avoid Experiment

Ref: STA file number 0948-EX-ST-2013 (conf number EL814724)

1. The experiment only requires the use of any one of the six frequencies listed on the
antenna page.

2. The equipment is capable of radiating the six frequencies listed. We would like
permission to radiate as many as we can in the experiment to afford us flexibility. If we
can only have one, the 9.397 – 9.403 GHz band is the most important to us.
