When trying to pay the fee for this STA, I mis-entered the credit card number. The online system locked
me out of using the credit card payment because the card was declined. I was unable to quickly resolve
this with the FCC and get the credit card option re-enabled.

My work around was to retype the information into a new STA. The new STA is 0894-EX-ST-2014 and is
complete and paid for.

STA 0883 can be deleted from the system.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but with the short timeline to the beginning of the
requested experimental window, I didn’t want to wait any longer to resolve my online payment
problem.
