Behnam,

Our lease with SES ran out the beginning of Feb 2013 so AMC‐4 is no longer being used. We leased bandwidth from
Intelsat on G‐25 with twice the bandwidth so we are amending our license to reflect the new configuration with the
extra signals/antennas that we want to use. Only G‐25 will be used.
