Response to Behnam Ghaffari Clarification Email Dated September 08, 2016 for FCC File No.
1193-EX-ST-2016

1. Frequency 2 of the referenced STA request has been changed to 384.0 MHz as requested in the
referenced email.

2. A DARPA Coordination email has been uploaded which allows temporary use of the 325.0 and 384.0
MHz frequencies within the military communication frequency bands. Coordination of this type will be
exercised throughout the 6 month STA request period.
