Mr. Ghaffari,

We have decided to amend our application and perform our radar proof of concept testing as a fixed
transmitter at the JHU/APL campus in Laurel, MD.

The antenna will be mounted on a tripod and placed on top of one of our buildings (39° 9'57"N,
76°53'55"W). The beamwidth of the horn antenna is nominally 20 degrees. The antenna will
be pointed generally toward the horizon (0.0 degrees elevation) in the NNE direction (15 degrees
azimuth).

The application was amended on 7/3/2014.
