AFTRCC comments: strict non‐interference basis to Flight Test telemetry.

Requestor has stated that testing is expected to only take place a few days within the requested period. 60 Watt station will
be acting as a TOC. Request is to evaluate capability of radio(s) in simulated SWAT environment in the NYC, Times Square
area.

Additional comments: due to non AMT nature of this device AFTRCC will

not give favorable coordination for operational use of these devices if request

in the future.
