Licenses are needed to secure communications during live and post-produced drone racing events. Unlicensed spectrum cannot be controlled and interference would limit the ability to hold events.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Communications during live and post-produced drone racing events. Drone racing requires a real time, low latency video feed be broadcast locally to a pilot, for navigation of the drone. The drone feed it also received at points throughout the venue for audience consumption.
