Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of communication recovery systems. STA IS NEEDED TO ENSURE THE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS USED FOR RECOVERY OF SPACECRAFT IS WORKING PROPERLY PRIOR TO LAUNCH.
