Boeing is requesting Military Advisory Group (MAG) pre-coordination for a
FCC OET application that we are submitting for the following:

System: RT-1990(A)C/ARC-210

Frequencies: 247.75 MHz, 319.875 MHz, 341 MHz, 366.125 MHz and 394.3875 MHz

Emission: 25K9F1D

Power: 14.024 watts (Mean ERP) for Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS); 35.228
watts (Mean ERP) for Ground Station

Location: MidAmerica St. Louis Airport St Clair County, Illinois

Coordinates: 383256N 0894912W

Radius Requested: 322 kilometers

Flight level for UAS: 40,000 feet.

Purpose/Detail: The Boeing Company requests a FCC license in order to test
Rockwell Collins ARC-210 RT-1990(A) C radio system. Boeing was awarded US
Navy government contract, N00019-18-C-1012, to develop MQ-25 Unmanned
Aircraft Systems (UASs) that will require implementation of this radio
system onboard. This license will allow testing of this radio system on a
Boeing-owned and operated UAS prior to integration of the radio into the
final MQ-25 UAS that will be delivered to the US Navy. The purpose of this
system is Command and Control of the UAS. Frequencies chosen were from
bands recommended from Annex B of the UHF channel plan by Pam Crispell of
NAVAIR.

FCC application.
