Please submit the following information
a. Please submit antenna’s pattern performances for the 0.444-meter ACT-A ESAA stations using the
28.438-28.563 GHz and 29.3-30 GHz frequency bands that are in compliance with the off-axis EIRP
power spectral density (“PSD”) standards (the “off-axis mask”) set forth in 25.138(a) of the Commission’s
Rules.

b. Please demonstrate that your proposed operations in the 28.438-28.563 GHz and 29.5-30 GHz
frequency bands via O3b Limited’s NGSO satellites will be in compliance with the equivalent power
Flux-density limit (-162 dBW/m2/40 KHz) in Article 22.5D of the ITU Radio Regulations.

c. Please certify that your proposed operations and communication between earth stations and satellites
are in compliance with all existing or future coordination agreements between the O3b NGSO satellite
operator and other administrations, GSO and NGSO satellite operators.

application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of April 16, 2019 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
