O3b further certifies that the testing and operation of the ThinKom 2517 terminal will be conducted in conformance with its international coordination agreements and the terms of O3b’s Market Access Grant.1 O3b requests that the Commission reach out to the undersigned if it requires any further information for O3b in order to process the relevant application.
