Over the air testing required on Navy program.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Engineering development of a new unmanned naval system. A Navy provided control station connected to the SeaLancet (RT-1944/U radios referenced within the STA application) will communicate over the air to another identical Navy provided control station connected to its own SeaLancet radio. This is data communication with no voice communications. The expected traffic is ethernet traffic up to 3.5Mbps. Navy Contract # - N00024-14-C-6322 KO POC - Kevin D. Seger 202-781-0894. Stop Buzzer, Stanton Tam 410-628-3163. It is not a flight test.
