Sorry Danny.. Got a bit side tracked and confused on this one, then it slipped my mind. After delving further into
this, and the assignments after our conversation, I think you should be good to go for Wichita. I don't see any
special instructions needed for further coordination for that area, except for letting Guillo know in advance of your
testing requirements. Adding TX is will be where the time consumption will be, nothing seems to ever happen
quickly anymore.

If there are any other states you two gents can think of that need to be added, please let me know - otherwise I'll get
TX added.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Textron Aviation Coordination Request - Wichita KS

Hi Rob,

Textron Aviation is requesting coordination for an experimental FCC license with UHF frequencies to support
development, testing, training and demonstration of multi-mission and light attack aircraft at our facilities in
Wichita, KS. I spoke to Guillo at AFMO US&P about licensing the five UHF frequencies that Mike Ryan
coordinated for contractors to use, and he advised me to get with you to coordinate use since they are your
assignments and copy him on the request. Guillo also recommended to have you add Texas to the list of approved
states in item 531. I have attached a document with the original assignments, and Mike advised in the email train
below that he has renewed the assignments through 2020.

Mikel,

Do you know if these RFAs for 227.475, 245.475, 262.925, 339.875 and 378.425 were renewed? And if so, are they
still available for flight test subject to the coordination conditions?

Thanks

Frequency management, it doesn't make any money, doesn't make anyone look good when done right, has the
potential of making you look really bad when done wrong, and is a pain in the budget
