Overview of Request

Textron Aviation has been invited to give demonstrations and training on two multi-
mission aircraft at Holloman AFB, beginning in mid-July, 2017. To avoid scheduling
conflicts and provide maximum flexibility for frequency scheduling with Holloman AFB,
we are requesting the band 420-450 MHz. This will enable us to tune the transmitter to a
channel designated by the DoD frequency manager at the time of the events.

The operating area requested is more accurately described as follows:

Holloman AFB (KHMN), White Sands Missile Range, NM, Lat/Long:
32.8440oN, 106.0993oW, 100 nm radius (185.2 km) from headings 180o to 360o

Our maximum altitude will not exceed 45,000 ft MSL, and will likely be much lower.
