                              DoD Coordination Exhibit

Textron Aviation coordinated these frequencies and emissions with DoD for an STA and
a 2-year license. The STA, call sign WL9XIO, was needed for a quick grant so we could
prepare for an Air Force sponsored demonstration event. A 2-year license is needed for
continued development, testing, training and demonstrations at our facilities in Wichita,
KS. The coordination term will expire on 16-June-2019, and we request that the license
expiration be set to match the coordination. We expect to re-coordinate and renew the
license at that time.

A copy of the DoD coordination email begins on page 2 of this exhibit. Our DoD
coordination contact was Luis Sanchez. His contact information follows:

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Textron Aviation Coordination Request for Wichita Vortex STA

Hi Guillo,

Hope all is well in Texas. Looking forward to the Fall FMG in San Antonio.

Textron Aviation, Inc. needs to coordinate with you for an experimental STA (to get an authorization
soonest possible), and follow up with an application for a 2-year experimental license. The
frequencies I am requesting are already on experimental license WH2XCK (attached) that we have
for the same location, but the transmitter make/model, power, bandwidth and emissions are
different. We are OK with using the same frequencies as on the attached license. These frequencies
will be used for development, testing, and demonstration of airborne platforms incorporating the
Vortex datalink transceivers.
