Question 4: Government Contract

Textron Aviation is developing multi-mission aircraft with a broad range of capabilities.
The requested license is needed to support testing required under contract with the NRO,
which is sponsored by SOCOM. The contract number is NRO000-18-C-0180.

The testing involves attaching an externally mounted, captive carry test article to the aircraft.
The test article is equipped with a telemetry transmitter to provide real time monitoring and
collection of data during flight.
