Nature of Modification and Pre-coordinations

The modification is to add the same frequencies, power and emissions to an additional location
at the Beech Factory Airport. Textron Aviation has pre-coordinated with ARINC and the Tim
Bogan at the FAA. Documentation of their coordinations are attached as exhibits to this
application.
