Licensee filed an application (Form 442) for a renewal of WC2XWA on April 30, 2012. The application has not been granted as of June 29, 2012. The existing license expires on July 1, 2012. The STA is necessary in order to authorize operation if the renewal is not granted prior to the expiration.
