Thales InFlyt Experience Exhibit F Response to FCC Request for Info-File #0742-EX-PL-2015 Correspondence Reference Number: 30250 December 03, 2015 Dear Ms. Nguyen: Thank you for your correspondence regarding about my FCC Experimental License Application, File # 0742-EX-PL-2015, for the operations of our Ka-Band antenna system that will be installed on our Thales rooftop building at 51 Discovery Irvine, CA 92618. This Exhibit F document is to address your current request for information: 1. ERP and output power for the frequency band 19.7-20.2 GHz. Please find the following our responses: As stated in our Exhibit-E, the MCS-8200 user terminal is only receiving at 19.7GHz-20.2 GHz frequency band, there is no intention to transmit at this K-Band frequency band. Also per your current correspondence 30250 as quoted: “In another hand, experimental license is only authorized for transmitter, not receiver. You can exclude the frequency band 19.7-20.2 GHz or provide all the information that coordinators requested in order for us to proceed your application.” Since we are only performing the RF transmission in the frequency band 29.5GHz – 30.0 GHz during our Ka-Band experimental process, we would like to take the option of excluding the (Not Applicable) transmission frequency band 19.7GHz-20.2GHz from our FCC Experimental License Application, File # 0742-EX-PL-2015, to be compliant with the requirements per NTIA and International Bureau coordinators.
