Message:

Dear Mr. Serafini,

Thank you for your recent correspondence and dismal without prejudice for our second antenna license
application filed under 0296-EX-CN-2017. This is not intended to be a duplicate application to our other
antenna license application filed under 0190-EX-CN-2017. Although the antennas and the emissions are
the same, the support equipment is different. It is our intent to have these two antennas installed at our
facility and transmitting. You have approved our license application 0190-EX-CN-2017 with Call Sign
WI2XUK. If this is sufficient to cover both antenna installations then we do not need our second
application 0296-EX-CN-2017. If it is not please advise and I will resubmit our application for the second
antenna. Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Andrew Burne
