Dear Ms. Leann Nguyen,

Thank you for your correspondence with regards to File Number 0139-EX-CM-2017. The purpose of our
request to modify our current antenna license under Call Sign WI2XUK is to allow a second installation of
the same antenna located on our building at 51 Discovery in Irvine California.

We previously submitted a separate application for this additional antenna under File Number
0296-EX-CN-2017, confirmation number EL145963 on April 21st 2017 but received a notice of dismissal
as it was assumed that this was a errant submittal.

Subsequent communications with your general email OETINFO@FCC.gov has requested that we
request a modification to the existing license which is this current submittal under File Number
0139-EX-CM-2017.
