Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We require a license in order to perform critical tests of an experimental radar system that we are developing in fulfillment of a government contract. (We will not be inserting a contract number in order to maintain confidentiality that this program requires)

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  We need to perform simple tests with out radar system to attempt to model the environment that we will be operating in and verify that the radar system is operating correctly.
