Systems & Technology Research (STR) is leading an effort on the DARPA Mercury program. The program involves a series of technology maturation tests to be performed by the STR team throughout CY2020 at Fort Devens MA.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Series of technology maturation tests to be performed by the STR team throughout CY2020 at Fort Devens MA. Systems & Technology Research (STR) is leading an effort on the DARPA Mercury program. The program involves a series of technology maturation tests to be performed by the STR team throughout CY2020 at Fort Devens MA.Demonstration of the payload functionality during flight, characterization of the signal during flight for system development, and confirmation of onboard monitoring of the payload functionality during flight. Requires testing through December 31, 2020 with nominally for 4 consecutive days in each month of the license grant.
