STA is necessary to enable Swarm Technologies to communicate between two discrete earth stations within the conterminous United States and four (4) SpaceBEE satellites launched into low earth orbit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Limited communications with the SpaceBEE satellites for the sole purpose of collecting orbital and tracking data. The sole purpose of the operation is to enable limited communications with the SpaceBEE satellites for the sole purpose of collecting orbital and tracking data, which will be made available to the Federal Communications Commission and satellite operators.
