Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Seatel 4003 antenna has recently become available for testing and service validation purposes. An experimental authorization has already been granted for this antenna (see File No. 0047-EX-ML-2003, Call Sign WD2XAU), and an STA has been granted to test the antenna in a maritime mobile context (see File No. 0280-EX-ST-2003, Call Sign WD2XAU). Stratos seeks a similar STA to test this antenna in a maritime mobile context.
