Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are performing multiple rocket launches at White Sands Missile Range and would like to use a WiFi omnidirectional transmitter with 38 dBm EIRP at 2.412 GHz for telemetry. The EIRP exceeds the FCC EIRP limit at the band.
