To allow operation of a high power CW tracking radar system with little disruption to legacy radars and existing point to point RF links.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Accurate tracking of air and ground launched projectiles for the purpose of data analysis of the multiple flight paths. This is needed to evaluate the performance of newly developed projectile guidance systems.
