----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. There are no emissions present for either frequency band. Return to our filing site at
https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/els/index.cfm and use the "Amend/Complete Application" link to enter the
data required. Emissions are described in Part 2.201 of the FCC's rules.
2. Submit a narrative statement describing in detail the program of research and experimentation
proposed, the specific objectives sought to be accomplished; and how the program of experimentation
has a reasonable promise of contribution to the development, extension, or expansion, or utilization of the
radio art, or is along lines not already investigated.

Note: Since you have asked for only a six month period of operation, this should have been filed as a
Special Temporary Authority. We will process it as such, but next time we encourage you to use the
proper filing option.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 24, 2007 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
