Spire’s modification application seeks authority only for the additional launch and operation of four satellites. Accordingly, the only material change is the response to inquiry 1B, regarding inclination angle, apogee in kilometers, perigee in kilometers, orbital period in hours and fractions of hours in decimal, and the number of satellites. All other technical parameters are the same as those previously provided in 0041-EX-PL-2015.
