(“Spire”) on February 16, 2016.1 Spire submitted the above-referenced application to conform the previously specified technical parameters of four of the Spire ground stations and to make clear that these ground stations will communicate with all of the LEMUR-2 satellites that have been or will be authorized.2 Additionally, on March 15, 2016, Spire amended the above-referenced application to correct errors in the geographic coordinates of three of the ground stations.
