Proposed experimentation: SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc, a startup corporation based in San Jose, CA engaged in design of 3G/4G Femtocell wireless products for enterprise applications and would like to radiate/test at its facilities located 10875 Rancho Bernardo Rd, San Diego, CA 92127. The equipment will be compliant to 3GPP specifications for UMTS and LTE Band 5. b. Objective: To test multiple vendor portable equipment interoperating with the femto cell base station under development. c. Contribution: Indoor femto cells have the potential to offload local voice and/or data traffic from the outdoor macro cellular system. Work will be done to test and optimize operation of the femto cell system to provide higher speed data than previously available.
