QUESTION 4: ANTENNA BEAMWIDTH AND ORIENTATION - MODIFIED

For the base stations, applicant Spectrum Telecom, Inc. (“Spectrum Telecom”) intends to
use three sectorized antennas with a beamwidth of 120 degrees each at the half-power point. The
antennas will be mounted vertically with orientations of 0, 120 and 240 degrees on the horizontal
plane.

For the Navini fixed customer units, Spectrum Telecom intends to use omnidirectional
antennas.

For the Aperto and Redline fixed customer units, Spectrum Telecom intends to use panel
antenna with a conical beamwidth of 7.5 degrees at the half power point. The antennas will be
mounted to be pointed towards the base stations.
