Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Space Data Corporation (“Space Data”) seeks an extension of its existing STA to continue conducting research trials on three frequencies identified below in order to determine whether the iDEN wireless protocol can operate effectively on Space Data’s SkySite® platform network, an innovative balloon-based telecommunications system currently used to provide advanced messaging and other advanced wireless services. All information provided in the initial STA request is current and remains unchanged.
