Subject: Request for Info - File #0737-EX-PL-2015
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. Enter your frequency request in more specific form, i.e., in several sub-bands, as submitting 2-16 MHz
as a single band to NTIA will never clear coordination.
2. It would be best if you could come up with an emission without an "X" in it to replace "DXN." Even
though "X" is allowed under the procedures outlined in the NTIA Manual, it is OET’s experience that "Xs"
lead to records that get tabled for long periods.
3. Submit the name of a government point of contact, with phone number, who can verify the contract.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of December 08, 2015 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
