Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are testing a new railcar scanner, which will incorporate RFID readers which emit at a frequency between 911.75 and 919.75 MHz with powers up to 2W. The test should only take four months unless we run into unforeseen difficulties.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing a new railcar scanner, which will incorporate RFID readers. We will be operating 4 RFID readers for the purpose of reading RFID tags on railcars traveling at speed. The information from the RFID readers will be incorporated as part of a larger array of information being collected on the railcars, for the purpose of identifying and creating computerized records of the railcars.
