Re: Experimental Authorization for Spot Repeaters

Dear Mr. Blitz,

Thank you for providing a copy of your experimental authorization for low power
spot repeaters. AT&T continues to appreciate the cooperative spirit in which SiriusXM has
approached the interference challenges encountered in our adjacent spectrum and see this
effort as another step in the process to provide exemplary to service to both AT&T and
SirtusXM customers.

We understand that the purpose of the experimental license is to research, experiment with and test the
feasibility of a new low power terrestrial repeater and that such research and experimentation will assist
SiriusXM in developing a repeater that will mitigate interference to SiriusXM satellite radio subscribers.

In that spirit, AT&T supports this application for an experimental authorization provided that
SiriusXM coordinates such deployments with AT&T and agrees to turn down or turn off as
appropriate repeaters deployed under this experimental authorization that generate harmful
interference to AT&T‘s network.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to
contact me.

        Sincerely,

        /s/ Brian J. Benison
