Sirius XM Radio LLC (Sirius XM) respectfully requests additional time to complete coordination with the
Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council (AFTRCC), as required in the Commission's
e-mail of April 21, 2014. After receiving the Commission's message, Sirius XM promptly initiated
discussions with AFTRCC, but coordination with AFTRCC has not yet been completed. Sirius XM
anticipates that coordination with AFTRCC will be completed in the near term but likely not within the
30-day window specified in the FCC's request (i.e., by May 21). Once coordination is completed, Sirius
XM will provide a copy to the Commission by attaching it as correspondence to the existing application.

Accordingly, Sirius XM requests that the Commission not dismiss the renewal application if the AFTRCC
coordination is not completed by May 21, 2014.
