       Silvus Technologies, Inc.

       Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band around the Buckeye Airport.

       ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc., hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s
Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary
authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2380MHz with a 20MHz bandwidth
from October 27 through October 28, 2016 with intermittent usage. As explained below,
Silvus Technologies, Inc., is filing an STA request to test developing antenna arrays in a
MIMO configuration. Silvus Technologies, Inc., submits that there are extraordinary
circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request.

Sonora Systems has invited Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate new microwave
antenna technologies using a Bullet Camera as a sensor. Due to the extreme frequency
congestion in the Phoenix area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional
Television and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc., requests the
       use of this channel.

Silvus Technologies, Inc., certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.3GHz band would serve the public interest
by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their emission
scheme as it relates to the Bullet Camera and antenna array. The proposed service
would enable demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in a
airborne exercise. Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of obtaining the consent of
the relevant frequency coordinators for this project, including AFTRCC. AFTRCC has
indicated its intent to forward the results of the coordination to the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
