        In re Application of

        Silvus Technologies, Inc.
        10990 Wilshire BLVD., Suite 1500
        Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band and
4400-4940MHz Telemetry Band in New York, New York.

        ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc., hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s
Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary
authority to operate on the frequencies centered at 2380MHz and 4440MHz with a
        20MHz bandwidth from August 12, 2018 through August 18, 2018 with intermittent
usage. As explained below, Silvus Technologies, Inc., is filing an STA request to
demonstrate new microwave technologies in a MIMO configuration for the Rapid
Reaction Technology Office for the Thunderstorm 18-2 Request for Information (RFI) in
New York City. Silvus Technologies, Inc., submits that there are extraordinary
circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request.

The Georgia Tech Research Institute / Rapid Reaction Technology Office has invited
Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate new microwave emission technologies utilizing
a Tactical Electronics C.O.R.E. Camera System as a sensor. Due to the extreme
frequency congestion in the New York area, coupled with the added congestion from
traditional Television and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc.,
requests the use of this channel.

Silvus Technologies, Inc., certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.3GHz and 4.4GHz bands would serve the
public interest by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their
emission scheme as it relates to the Tactical Electronics C.O.R.E. Camera System in a
wireless MIMO configuration. The proposed service would enable demonstration of the
Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in a terrestrial / subterranean exercise.
Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of obtaining the consent of the relevant
frequency coordinators for this project, including AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its
intent to forward the results of the coordination to the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:

Silvus Technologies, Inc., requests an STA to operate on the above-referenced
frequency for a period not to exceed six months. No application for regular authorization
        will subsequently be filed.
