AFTRCC comments: non-interference basis to Flight Test telemetry. RF link testing across large body of water between Santa Monica pier and ocean going vessel. AFTRCC additionally notes that this coordination is for demo/testing only and that AFTRCC will not consider favorable coordination for operational use in the Aeronautical Mobile telemetry bands.
