       In re Application of

       Silvus Technologies, Inc.

To operate at and 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band in Long Beach, California.

       ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s
Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary
authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2370MHz with an 20MHz bandwidth
from June 22 through June 29, 2015 with intermittent usage. As explained below, Silvus
Technologies, Inc is filing an STA request to test RF coverage with relation to bit rate and
bit error rate for the United States Air Force Research Laboratory. Silvus Technologies,
Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA
       request.

The United States Air Force Research Laboratory has contracted Silvus Technologies,
Inc to test a wireless telemetry system. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the
Southern California Area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television
and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests the use of this
       channel.

Silvus Technologies, Inc. certifies that the operation of the requested channel for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for 2.3GHz would serve the public interest by
enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc to demonstrate the reliability of the RF system for the
laboratory. The proposed service would enable testing of the bit stream by providing an
RF link from an aerial platform that would not otherwise be available to the laboratory.
Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of obtaining the consent of the relevant
frequency coordinators for this project, including AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its
intent to forward the results of the coordination to the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
