We plan to run an experiment on radio equipment which is not operating on FCC approved spectrum.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Debug a network issue on equipment designed to operate in Europe and India. We have approvals to operate radio equipment in Europe and India, with operation in the 865-876 MHz frequency range. For this current experiment, we aim to debug a network issue which has been discovered in France. We plan to operate radios in the 865-868 MHz band.
