Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant hereby seeks Special Temporary Authority (STA) under Part 5 of the Commission's rules for a period of six months to permit it to conduct flight testing operations of the Combat Rescue Helicopter in and around Eglin AFB. These operations support U.S. Air Force contract number FA8629-14-C-2403. The program requirement will expire with the end of this STA.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Flight test of the Combat Rescue Helicopter in and around Eglin AFB. Operations are intended to flight test the Combat Rescue Helicopter in and around Eglin AFB. Applicant has secured coordination from AFRTCC (attached). The term of this STA mirrors the AFTRCC coordination. The radius of operations is limited to 50 miles and 15000 feet AGL.
