Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide a Secure Communications / Private Mobile Radio Service to Federal Agencies to manage and control mobile device interdiction. To provide a Secure Communications / Private Mobile Radio Service to Federal Agencies to manage and control mobile device interdiction. Also, we have received support of the major carriers (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Nextel, T-Mobile and Cricket) and have Spectrum Agreements in place.
