Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Development and indoor lab testing will be conducted using frequencies for which we have no authorizations and we have a temporary need while we perform final design and lab testing before using this equipment in Australia and Japan. These bands are not typicaly allcated for AMI use in the US.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing to support development of new re-banded AMI equipment for demonstration and potential sales in Australia and Japan. Sensus is developing new re-banded AMI equipment for demonstration and potential sales in Australia and Japan. To support these projects, Sensus development and test teams would like to conduct periodic indoor lab testing in our engineering development labs.
