Due to a miscommunication within Sensus, we submitted a request to change the power output from 0.1 to 50 Watts. As a result of this high power output, our request was denied. The intended power output was 1.0 Watts. We respectfully request this new set of experimental licenses in order that we may continue development and testing of our domestic and international equipment in our Morrisville, NC facility. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this matter. We are happy to work with the FCC in complying with emission and power levels in order to continue our efforts if possible.
